Each individual may hold one active account only at 556x. Opening multiple accounts — regardless of the stated reason — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent blocking of all associated balances and the closure of all accounts linked to the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method.
The 556x may request identity verification documents at any time — especially before processing withdrawals above R$ 2,000.00 or in the event of unusual account activity. Requested documents may include a government-issued ID, CPF, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the bank account used. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary withdrawal hold until the matter is resolved.
False information provided during registration — including name, CPF, or date of birth — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance, as set out in section 11 of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your 556x account credentials secure 556x — login, password, and, where applicable, two-factor authentication code. The 556x cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the account holder's negligence, such as sharing passwords or using third-party devices.

The account of 556x is personal and non-transferable. Assigning, selling, transferring, or lending your account to a third party is strictly prohibited. The balance in the account may only be withdrawn by the individual account holder.

The 556x distinguishes between real balance (funds deposited by the user or rollover-free cashback) and bonus balance. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must be used for qualifying bets until the corresponding rollover is completed. The 556x may hold or delay a withdrawal in the following situations: pending identity verification; suspected fraud or bonus abuse; a mismatch between the deposit and withdrawal method; or insufficient balance to cover the requested amount. Important: Withdrawals are always made to the same person who created the account. 556x does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
New members of 556x are eligible for the welcome bonus of 100% up to R$ 500.00 on the first Pix deposit of at least R$ 50.00. The bonus is credited automatically and has a rollover of 10x the bonus amount — meaning, for a R$ 100.00 bonus, you must place R$ 1,000.00 in qualifying bets before withdrawing any bonus-generated winnings. Single bets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover.

Bonus abuse — such as creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated use across accounts, or placing bets that carry no real risk — will result in bonus cancellation, balance blocking, and possible permanent account closure.
All bets placed on 556x are subject to acceptance by the platform's system. A bet is only considered valid once confirmed by the 556x with the generation of a bet ID. If a technical failure occurs during the confirmation process, the bet may be cancelled and the amount returned to the account balance.
A bet may be declared void in the following situations: event cancelled or suspended; market not settled within 90 days of the event; incorrect odds published due to an error; or event with an undetermined outcome. Void bets are refunded in full to the account balance, with no gain or loss.
The cash out feature lets you settle a bet before the final result. The cash out value is calculated in real time by the 556x based on current market odds. Cash out may not be available for all bets or at all times — particularly during periods of high volatility in live betting.
Bet limits per event and per market are set by the 556x and vary by sport, the member's VIP level, and bet type. Higher VIP tier members have higher limits — from BRL 500.00 per bet at the Bronze level up to individually negotiated limits at the Diamond level. The 556x reserves the right to adjust betting limits on specific accounts without prior notice, based on risk analysis.
In the event of incorrect odds being published due to technical or human error, the 556x reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those odds, even if they have already been settled. The staked amount will be refunded in full. The 556x is not obligated to honor bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
All games available in the casino at 556x — slots, live casino, crash games, table games — are provided by internationally certified suppliers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Play'n GO). The random number generators (RNGs) are periodically audited by independent testing laboratories. The 556x does not have access to the game code and cannot interfere with results.
In the event of a technical failure — disconnection, server error, power outage, or game freeze during a round — the outcome of the interrupted round is determined by the game provider's system, and not by 556x. VIP points are valid for 12 months from the date of the bets that generated them. Only bets placed with real balance (not bonus balance) earn VIP points. Under no circumstances shall the total liability of 556x for any claim will not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the event that gave rise to the claim.
